What to Expect
Here is the workout schedule for the following weeks. On the days that we have long runs, practice might "run" a little longer.
Monday July 27th - Warm Up and Tempo Run (45 minutes)
Tuesday July 28th - Boys 5 Girls 4
Wednesday July 29th - Weights / Yoga
Thursday July 30th - Repeats at Dam
Friday July 31st - Boys 6 Girls 5
Monday August 3rd - Warm Up and Tempo Run
Tuesday August 4th - Repeats at Dam
Wednesday August 5th - Weights / Yoga
Thursday August 6th - Lake Hefner run
Friday August 7th - OFF
Monday August 10th - Warm Up and Boys 5 Girls 4
Tuesday August 11th - Repeats at Dam
Wednesday August 12th - Boys 6 Girls 5
Thursday August 13th - After School Practice
Friday August 14th - After School Practice
